1 tbsp golden syrup
50g Self raising flour
75g cornflakes (crushed)
Oven:Gas mark 5 or 90 C
- Turn on the oven. Grease a small swiss roll tin.
- Place the margarine and syrup in a saucepan and melt very gently.
- Mix all the other ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl and tip into the pan with the syrup and margarine.
- Mix well.
- Press into the swiss roll tin.
- Bake for about 20 mins.
- Cut into fingers whilst still warm. Leave to cool in the tin.
